Last week I watched Anthony Bourdain’s documentary 'Wasted! The Story of Food Waste'. The chef in the film came up with such creative dishes from food that would otherwise have gone to waste. I found the film very inspiring. So, since watching that, I’ve the idea of utilizing food waste on my brain.
As I started cooking off with scraps, I realize how much my cooking has changed since I took on the challenge of eliminating my waste. Cooking with every last little bit makes cooking more fun and creative. In this situation of lockdown, when we are surviving with minimal culinary things, let's try this recipe. Hope you will like this. You can also try this with bread.
