Egg-Semolina Titbits/Vada

According to the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) data, 100-gram of unenriched semolina contains only about 360 calories and zero cholesterol. It keeps you full for a longer time and prevents weight gain. Eggs and semolina makes a protein packed appetizer. It is a quick recipe, you can make this as a breakfast or pack this in your kid's tiffin box.

Ingredients :

Nutri Calories in egg-suji titbits1. Semolina (Suji) - 2 cups
2. Eggs - 3
3. Cornflour powder - 1 tbsp
4. Pinch of Baking soda
5. Chopped Onion - 3 medium-sized
6. Chopped Green chilis - 8-10
7. Red Chili Powder - 2 tsp
8. Salt - 1 tsp (as per taste)
9. Curry leaves - 20-22 leaves

Preparation :

1. Mix all the above ingredients and form a smooth paste consistency batter. Add salt as per taste.

2. Heat the pan with 1/2 a cup of refined oil. Take almost uniform-sized lump of batter with hands, dip it into hot oil and fry both sides till brown.
