Calzone Yum Pizza Pockets Recipe at Home

Calzone Pockets is a savory dish of Italian origin, consisting of a usually round, flattened, folded in semi- circle, base of leavened wheat-based dough topped with tomatoes, cheese, and often various other ingredients (anchovies, olives, meat, etc.) baked at a high temperature, traditionally in a wood-fired oven. After many trials I made the  dough  at home, with  red sauce  and  seasoning  . You can use the pizza dough as base with topping of your choice. Ingredients for Pockets : 1. Mixed herbs 2. Capsicum & Coriander, onion (optional) 3. Salted Butter 4. Grated Garlic 5. Oregano 6. Mixed Herbs 7. Mozzarella/Amul cheese 8. Fresh basil leaves chopped (optional) 9.  Pizza Base Preparation of Pockets : 1. Home-made Pizza Seasoning

I would always stack oregano seasoning sachet Domino’s provides with its pizza and use it on top of maggi, sandwich or pasta. This seasoning is one of the main ingredients or flavoring in dominos pizzas or garlic bread. It is very easy to make and i made a small batch of it to make my Calzone pocket. Oregano is a Mediterranean herb that is used for cooking and medicinal purposes whereas Dominos Oregano Seasoning is a special seasoning prepared using mix of different herbs by Dominos. Then Draupadi made small small puris of flour and boil and mashed the potatoes as filling and made some spicy water for the gravy and this led to invention of pani puri. Panipuri or Phuchka is a type of snack that originated in the Indian subcontinent. It consists of a round or ball-shaped, hollow puri (a deep-fried crisp crepe), filled with a mixture of flavored water (known as imli pani), tamarind chutney, chili, chaat masala, potato, onion or chickpeas . There are many variants of stuffing now-a-days, but I am sharing my home-made recipe.
